Shipping policy
By arranging for transportation of the wine, Champagne Rendez-Vous is providing a service to, and ACTING ON BEHALF of the purchaser, however, we cannot ship to the following states: Alabama (AL), Arkansas (AR), Delaware (DE), Illinois (IL), Kentucky (KY), Michigan (MI), Mississippi (MS), North Dakota (ND), Oklahoma (OK), Rhode Island (RI), South Dakota (SD) and Utah (UT).
We ship wine to any other State not listed above.
Our product availability varies by state due to differing state regulations. At this time, we are not able to ship internationally. We do not ship to APOs, FPOs or P.O. boxes.
- Shipping options and rates
Our goal is to process and ship orders the same business day when received before 10 a.m. local time. Orders placed after 10 a.m. local time will ship the following business day; those placed after 10 a.m. on Friday will ship the following Monday, regardless of delivery method.
The available option for shipping is Ground Shipping (UPS/FedEx/GSO depending on the state where the order is shipped).
We offer a $12 flat shipping fee on order of 1 bottle and $1 shipping on orders of two bottles and more.
- Shipping times
- Western states: 2-3 days (CA: 1-2 days)
- Central states: 3-4 days
- Eastern states: 4-5 days (NY/NH/TN: orders are shipped once a week on Thursdays and can take up to 8 days to be delivered)
Orders are shipped out next business day, Monday through Friday (same day if the order is placed before 10 AM PST).
- Manage your order delivery
Need to change your shipping address? Want to put a delivery on hold, or request a specific delivery time? Use UPS Delivery Manager, an easy, no-cost option offered by our shipping partner.
- Shipping to multiple addresses
Unfortunately, you cannot split one order to go to multiple addresses. Each address requires a unique order be placed.
- Extreme temperatures
Champagne Rendez-Vous may hold a wine shipment during extremely hot weather to protect the quality of items purchased. These occurrences are most likely during summer months in south-western states. When we temporarily hold your shipment, we’ll notify you by email. We’ll also post a message on https://sip.champagnerendezvous.com/ so shoppers know new orders may be delayed.
- Receiving a shipment
Upon delivery, our delivery partners will ask to see the receiver’s ID to ensure he or she is 21 or older. The receiver will also be required to sign for the order. If you are unable to be home, we will make two additional attempts to deliver your order, and then it will be held at the shipper’s distribution center. If you have questions about the status of your order or need to have it rerouted, please contact Customer Service using the contact form on our website.
- Track your order
You may track the status of your orders by logging into your account on our website and selecting "Online order history". Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, we will email you tracking information. This allows you to track your package as it travels to the delivery address. Remember, someone 21 years or older will need to sign for the package upon delivery.
